Tia Delaney-Stewart, MSN, RN, PHN, is a passionate nurse leader and health equity strategist with over 30 years of experience in home health, palliative care, hospice, and healthcare administration. She is the Director of DEI at the California Southland Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association where her work centers on developing policies, programs, and partnerships that address systemic healthcare inequities impacting underserved populations. Inspired by the love and resilience of her late husband, Jakim Stewart, Tia is committed to dismantling barriers in cancer care and equipping patients and caregivers with tools to navigate their health journey with dignity, grace, and optimal well-being.

Telebah Woods is a charismatic leader with over 20 years experience in the financial services industry and is focused on driving impactful corporate social responsibility initiatives. She is currently a Senior VP with Bank of America Community Affairs Team. A proud Los Angeles native, Telebah is a passionate community advocate  and dedicated volunteer who served as the Board Chair for EXP, a nonprofit focused on youth workforce development  and currently supports the UNCF Los Angeles Leadership Council where she mentors young, aspiring professionals. She is a graduate from Arizona State University with a BS in Global Business, a devoted wife and mother of three.
